This premium service establishes important metrics such as:

Results are interpreted and a custom-tailored program is designed by your professional coach to assist in improving members initial testing metrics. All programs are centered on clients:

  • Goals

  • Assessment results

  • Lifestyle and schedule

  • Age and prior health history. 

This comprehensive program is suited for anyone who is serious about taking their personal health to the next level.

Healing Humans 

We’re pushing our members edges and improving their health outcomes, safely. It’s easy to train hard but hard to train smart. 

Personal Training Members choose from: 

  • 1, 2 or 3 personal training sessions per week 

  • 3-, 6- or 12-month commitment 

  • Utilizing open gym hours 

Moms for Fitness Members choose: 

  • When and where they complete their individualized workouts

  • 3-, 6- or 12-month commitment 

  • When they schedule their monthly one-on-one in-person training session

All members receive the following:

PERSONAL TRAINING

  • The ultimate level of guidance and accountability. ​​

  • Work one-on-one or in a small group with an experienced coach​

  • All clients receive an assessment, and customized program to assist in achieving their goals.​

  • 45-minute sessions can be spent training, and/or receiving nutrition coaching.​

  • Unlimited access to the gym for additional workouts​

  • Our closed community means your workouts are private with familiar faces at the gym.​

  • On-site sauna, in-floor heating, and full bathroom​​

MOMS FOR FITNESS 

  • Clients receive a monthly workout design with workouts that are quick and efficient at 30 minutes.  

  • One 45-minute personal training session per month to review custom training program, progress, expectations, proper form, nutrition tweaks and address any questions.  

  • Email access with your coach

  • Video Demonstrations of exercises.

  • Open gym access 7 days a week to complete workouts 

  • On Site Sauna  

REMOTE COACHING

Live outside of the area but want to work with our team? We have coached clients across the globe for the past 15 years. 

Remote clients receive the following: 

  • Full online physical assessment 

  • Monthly custom workout designs updated monthly based on progress 

  • Full contact with their coach via text and email

  • Monthly call to review progress made, questions and the next training phase.

  • Video demonstrations of exercises

  • 6- or 12-month commitment required
